• Delivery & Pickup

All Floré creations are handcrafted in Nanaimo, BC.
We currently offer:

  • Local Delivery: available within Nanaimo and surrounding areas.
    Delivery fees range from $10–$25, depending on distance.
    Deliveries are made within 24–48 hours once your order is complete.

  • Pickup: free pickup is available in central Nanaimo by appointment.
    You’ll receive the address and time confirmation once your order is ready.

If you need a rush order, please message us — we’ll always try to make it happen whenever possible.

• Custom Orders

Every Floré gift is made to order and requires 2–4 days’ notice.
This time allows us to design, assemble, and personalize each piece with care.

Once your order is placed:

  1. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

  2. We’ll contact you for personalization details (names, phrases, or colors).

  3. You’ll get photos or a short preview before final packaging.

Revisions: Minor changes (like wording or ribbon color) can be made before the design process begins. Once assembly starts, adjustments may not be possible.

• Product Care

Preserved Florals

  • Keep away from direct sunlight, humidity, and water.

  • Clean gently with a soft brush or air duster.

  • With proper care, preserved florals can last months or even years.

Balloons & Piñatas

  • Indoor use only.

  • Avoid sharp objects or direct heat.

  • Balloons are made with high-quality latex or PVC materials. If used outdoors, their lifespan may shorten depending on weather conditions.

Everlasting Candles & Glass Jars

  • Use mineral oil only.

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Never leave the wick burning unattended.

• Refunds, Damages & Cancellations

Because every Floré product is made to order and personalized, refunds are not available once the design process has started.

However, we truly care about your satisfaction:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or repair it where possible.

  • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase for custom orders that haven’t entered production.

• Sustainability & Materials

At Floré, we design with intention — choosing materials that honor nature and craftsmanship. Our preserved flowers are naturally dried using silica gel and safe preservation methods. We prioritize reusable packaging, glass containers, and minimal plastic use whenever possible.

While some elements like balloons are not fully biodegradable, we continuously seek eco-friendly alternatives and encourage mindful gifting practices that create memories without waste.
